Our senses of touch\, taste\, smell\, sound and sight are under constant stimulation in a garden. \nWhen we garden our bodies are constantly producing their own natural chemicals\, endorphins and a myriad of other substances to help keep us sane and healthy in body\, mind and spirit\, an experience that may now be confirmed scientifically.  Just being in a garden on a regular basis may be even healthier than eating the harvest of the garden itself! \n“Maybe one day the doctors of the future will prescribe 4hrs. daily gardening\, see me again in 6 months.” \nHeather Prince\, M.F.Phys. studied horticulture at Bicton College Of Agriculture\, Devon\,U.K.  She began her career as a horticultural therapist 25yrs. ago at\, a residential organic farm for mentally challenged adults. She also worked with youth at risk\, the elderly and children in England\, Canada and the U.S. and created a healing retreat center in Canada where she taught\, amongst other things\, “Gardening as a Spiritual Practice”. \nFind out more about Greening Harmony >>\nEarly Registration $12 with PayPal or $15 at door
