The Beaver Creek Library Seed Exchange meets the first Saturday each month. Our monthly seed exchange will feature seeds and growing tips for the monsoon season.
There are lots of great veggie, flower & herb seeds available – FREE. Remember, the Seed Library works just like a regular library, check out the seeds, grow them, save some seeds to return for others to share.
If you have checked out seeds before, bring your saved seeds to the Seed Library to share with others! You can also bring them to the club meeting.
The Mission of The Verde Valley Seed Library: “To provide a variety of free seeds, appropriate for growing in the Verde Valley, where agriculture has a long, historic legacy. Gardeners are invited to grow, save and return some seeds so these plants may become adapted to our area.”
The Verde Valley Seed Library is sponsored by Gardens for Humanity, and is being supported by the Cottonwood City Library, which has welcomed the Seed Library within their facility.
