Get Seeds for Spring/Summer Season!

Saturday, April 15, 11:00am – 1:00pm

Spring is just around the corner and it’s time to start seeds and plants for your spring and summer vegetable garden. Come choose some free veggie, herb or flower seeds to grow in your garden. Planting date guides are also available.

The Mission of The Verde Valley Seed Library: “To provide a variety of free seeds, appropriate for growing in the Verde Valley, where agriculture has a long, historic legacy. Gardeners are invited to grow, save and return some seeds so these plants may become adapted to our area.”

The Verde Valley Seed Library is sponsored by The Verde Thumbs Gardeners, a program of Gardens for Humanity, and is being supported by the Cottonwood City Library, which has welcomed the Seed Library within their facility.
